Would it not be a good idea to supply interested residents of Southernwood and Quigney with different coloured bags – perhaps green – to deposit recycleable items for waste pickers/vendors to avoid scratching through black bags. I would gladly pay for such bags to help to keep our streets cleaner and help these people in their arduous quest to earn a living.
